Phone arrived quickly and in good condition. For a quick replacement phone there are few better deals, but since it is still functioning perfectly it will stay with me a while. I recommend this phone to people who do not need extra frills.

The phone is fine and was delivered on the date promised but they sent the wrong charger for the phone. So even though I saved some money on the phone I was screwed and had to buy a new charger. I wouldn't recommend buying from this seller.

Simple enough review. I received the correct phone as ordered, but the phone would not connect to the verizion network. Verizion spent a little over 45 min. working with me to activate the phone, and in the end stated that the phone must have a defective transmitter. I have contacted the vendor and am awaiting thier reply.

This update to the V 9800 is thinner and lighter, while upgrading the camera to 2 megapixel auto-focus, and Bluetooth to stereo. Other features are similar to its predecessor, including the dual-face clamshell design that opens to reveal a QWERTY keyboard, EV-DO high-speed data, memory card slot, and music player.
